I waited for the audit log backup complete, but it didn’t complete. Some customers were able to resolve the issue with remote support from Netwrix, but it’s still occurring during migration.
Is Netwrix EPP team aware of this?
Do you have any specific action plans in place to address this?
Due to an error in the audit log backup feature, my important customer is losing CAP/DC logs.
