Upcoming Infrastructure Migration — EPP SaaS Hosting Provider Change

This notice is to inform all Netwrix Endpoint Protector (EPP) SaaS customers of an upcoming infrastructure change. As part of Netwrix’s strategic alignment across our cloud-hosted product portfolio, we will be migrating the EPP SaaS hosting environment from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to Microsoft Azure.

IMPORTANT: This is an infrastructure-level change only. It does not affect EPP functionality, feature availability, or your endpoint protection coverage in any way. A follow-up reminder will be posted closer to the migration date.

Migration Details

  • Migration Window: May 7, 2026 - May 31, 2026
  • Change: Hosting provider migration from Amazon Web Services to Microsoft Azure
  • Managed by: Netwrix — fully automated, end-to-end

What This Means for You

No action is required on your part. The migration will be handled entirely by Netwrix teams. Each SaaS tenant will be migrated during a maintenance window determined by your hosting region, during which the EPP Server Web UI will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 1 hour.

Impact

  • EPP Server Web UI: Unavailable for ~1 hour during the scheduled overnight maintenance window assigned to your EPP instance
  • EPP Clients — Log Reporting: During the maintenance window, EPP agents will not be able to report collected logs to the server, and related alerts will not be dispatched. Once the server is back online, agents will automatically upload any buffered logs and all corresponding alerts will be triggered at that time
  • EPP protection & features: No impact — endpoint protection and policy enforcement remain fully active on all managed devices throughout the process
  • Action required from customers: None
