I am basically trying to understand why uploads to AI platform shows up as destination as my browser ? Is there a way we can determine the actual application itself ? Also is there a way we can get a snippet down the lane on what the contents of a file was uploaded be it via browser or via the LLM application itself.

If you are using a browser to upload files to an AI platform, then the primary destination is the browser. To identify the actual application, click on the Show/Hide Columns button in the top right corner of the Content Aware Report page and enable Destination Details. This will indicate if the file or prompt containing confidential data was used with chatgpt, copilot or another AI platform.
The File Shadowing feature allows you to capture an exact copy of the file. If you are only looking for a snippet of where the confidential content was found in the document, that is not available today, but you are welcome to submit a request in the Ideas section of the portal.
