we are still running on version 9.3.0.33526, now we are considering an update to the latest version 26.6.101.34168 but I am a bit afraid to do this “big” step ahead.
Are there any know issues to do the direct update from 9.3.0.33526 to 26.6.101.34168 ? Or is there an update path which we need to consider?
Are there any changes to SQL permissions etc. which we need to check before the update?

Great to have you here, and good on you for planning to bring your Password Secure installation up to date. Jumping from 9.3.0.33526 to 26.6.101.34168 is indeed a big leap in version numbers, so it’s smart to check things out beforehand.
The good news: we are not aware of any issues that would prevent a direct update from 9.3.0.33526 straight to 26.6.101.34168. You do not need to install any intermediate versions first, the setup will take care of the necessary steps during the update process.
Just as a note, because some customers do not care enough: As with any update, please make sure you have a current backup of your databases (including the config database) before starting. This way, you have a safe fallback if anything unexpected comes up.
