Transfer of a line to certify - Adding an email notification

Hello,

When a certifier transfers / delegates a line to be certified to another person, no email notification is sent to the delegate.

Could you please let us know:

Whether the automatic sending of an email notification to the delegate upon the transfer / delegation of a certification line is already planned in an upcoming version of NIM (product roadmap)?

If not, whether the current version includes:

a standard configuration option to enable this type of notification, or

a recommended workaround (job, rule, standard extension) to automatically notify the delegate that one or more lines have been assigned to them.

Thanks for your submission. this is planned on the roadmap. This type of feature request is better suited to our Ideas portal. This way other clients or users can vote for your feature, and you can see if the feature is planned, and follow it’s evolution. :slight_smile: Or if another user has already submitted the idea, you can just add your vote, and a comment if you like.
