Transfer of a line to be certified - Add an email notification

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Hello,

When a certifier transfers / delegates a line to be certified to another person, no email notification is sent to the delegate.

Could you please let us know:

Whether the automatic sending of a notification email to the delegate when a line of certification is transferred / delegated is already planned for a future version of NIM (product roadmap)?

Failing that, if it exists in the current version:

a standard setting to enable this type of notification, or

a recommended workaround (job, rule, standard extension) to automatically inform the delegate that one or more lines have been assigned to them.

Thanks for your idea. For the new delegation feature, we have added an email notification for the person who receives the delegation. this will be part of the next release for the end of June.
We have it in the backlog to add to to the transfer feature as well.
