SharePoint Online Reports

I am looking for 2 specific reports and have not found them, so I thought I would ask the group.
First, is there a predefined report to list all sites and also shows last activity? We have many sites. Some probably are not used any longer and they can be removed. Showing site owner would be healpful, but not required.
Second, SharePoint access has been granted by user on each site. Again, we have MANY sites. I am trying to put AD groups together and assign by group instead. Is there a report that can show who has access to all sites?

@The.Bob hi, thanks for this question! Unfortunately, there’s no way to accomplish this with Auditor currently. Something similar to the second item is available in 1Secure because the reporting structure is a little different there, but not in Auditor. But as you explained your use cases - they make a ton of sense, I’ve added this to our backlog. I cannot give an ETA yet at this point because we still need to discuss this with the team.

Unfortunately, I was sold a pile of beans then. The person I spoke to before purchasing said it could be accomplished. Any suggestions as to how I could make something similar that might help me get closer? Even if it’s not exactly what I’m looking for?

Sorry to hear that. Let me play around with the reports and I’ll see how to get the maximum maybe with a couple extra steps.

If anyone else has any ideas, please feel free to chime in.

I could get all of the sites (I think) from within SharePoint Online or somewhere in the portal. The main thing I am looking for is “who has access to what” in SharePoint. I’m envisioning a list that has a site and who has access to it. Grouped by site. If that exists, then I could work with it.

Hi Bob, I couldn’t find a way to accomplish more than you could with out of the box reporting.
