Service Node appears red in the new versione of Netwrix PAM
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
NPS Service Node: pam-01 shows as green, while pam-02 shows as red. One service node will always appear red due to the current UI behavior, so this is expected? It would be helpful to insert this info in the official documentation.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Opened a ticket to the supporto to assure the client that the red dot is expected and that the production is functioning.
