REMINDER: Upcoming Upgrade of Netwrix Endpoint Protector SaaS Instances

This notice is to inform all Netwrix Endpoint Protector (EPP) SaaS customers of an upcoming scheduled upgrade. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure, reliable, and high‑performing environment, we will be upgrading all SaaS instances to the latest supported version.

Upgrade Details

  • Upgrade Date: August 15

  • New Version: 5.9.4.2

  • Current Version: Your existing SaaS instance will be upgraded from its current version to 5.9.4.2

What This Means for You
No action is required on your part. The upgrade will be handled entirely by Netwrix, and your SaaS instance will be running the updated version immediately following the upgrade window.

This upgrade ensures your environment remains secure, compatible with the latest agent releases, and benefits from the latest stability and performance improvements.

Impact
We do not expect any downtime during this upgrade process. In the unlikely event of a service disruption, our team will work to resolve it immediately.
