Remediation window behaviour with canceled files

Add an option to have the remediation window pop up even if the user clicked on “cancel” initially with this file

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

When users are trying to upload specific files they get a remediation window and therefore can “unblock” these files.
But if they click initially on “cancel” on the remediation window, then the remediation window is not reappearing again if they try to send the file again.
They specifically have to open the EPP client and have to unblock this file under the “Content Aware Section”.
It would be nice to have the option to have the remediation window pop up even if the user clicked on “cancel” intially for this file.
I already created a feature request a long time ago with the ticket #00419090, but I also want it to be visible in the community to keep track of it.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

As most users don’t even know how to open the epp client or allow a file via the epp client, an IT-admin always has to step in and allow it manually.
