Be able to search for a role by its ID
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
In the “Role” and “Rules” screens of the Netwrix Identity Manager product, searching and filtering columns by role can only be done using the role label. It would be useful to also enable searching by ID.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We search/filter by label

I would like to clarify that by “identifier”, it refers to the “identifier” attribute of the role.

I see why you would want this but the ID is not displayed, only the display name is displayed. If we add both the ID and display name, then it will be confusing for users. They will see results which are not matching the display name you see on the screen, with a hidden ID. People will think that the search is broken.
If you have descriptive display names and IDs, then in theory you wouldn’t need this.
Netwrix would need to implement a completely separate search criteria, which would take a lot of screen real estate. If you can provide a small wireframe of how you would like to see it done, it can help the request.

Thanks @Kamil.Wojenkowski for your insights! I completely agree. If we were to add the search here, we would need to add the column “identifier” so that the user would be able to clearly see what the search comes back with. @bettembourg does this better address your need?
