Enable embedding images to AIC email templates

Add support for adding images to AIC email templates.
At the moment the user guide says "It is recommended to edit text and layout as desired, but NOT to embed new images or logos. "
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
turn images into Base64 string and then add that string to AIC email template.
