Features
Entra ID Synchronization (Users / Groups / Devices)
Added synchronization of Users, Groups, and Devices from Azure Entra ID–only environments (without on-premises Active Directory) into NPS-D.
Supports full, delta, and re-synchronization for Entra ID tenants.
SAML Login for Entra ID Users
Updated SAML login flow to support Azure Entra ID native users.
Allows authentication using Entra ID accounts without on-premises Active Directory.
EDR Integration Enhancements
EDR Workers — Tanium, SentinelOne, CarbonBlack, and CrowdStrike — now support Entra ID–registered computers in all modes: SCAN, PROTECT, JITA, and OAM.
EDR Scanners enabled for Entra ID–registered computers across all EDR platforms to perform background scans.
User and Group Filtering Improvements
Added enhanced filtering for Users and Groups:
- Domain filter — You can now filter users by selecting the specific domain (both AD and Entra ID domains).
- User/Group type filter — Added filtering by Users or Groups.
- Visual indicators — Search results now clearly show whether an entry is a user or a group, using graphical icons.
