We are working on setting up our Netwrix integration and have found a mild anomaly. We are using a SQL cluster and if I use the DNS name, it doesn’t connect but if I use one of the actual servers, I do get a successful test connection. Anyone else seen that?

That does sound like a weird scenario and it has not been reported before. I would suggest working with support to get an escalation open. Then the development team can offer guidance around troubleshooting and if needed, fix any potential bugs that may exist with our connection logic to SQL.
