I need to ensure my Kubernetes clusters are configured securely and be able to track who is changing their configuration
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
My Kubernetes clusters must be configured securely. We have detailed audits every six months that require a lot of work from us to pass.
I must be alerted to any unplanned changes to the configuration of my Kubernetes clusters.
This is currently possible with Change Tracker, but only if I install an agent on each node in the cluster. I do not have access to alter the nodes in any way.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We have a suite of scripts to collect the data, but this is cumbersome and not integrated with our other systems (ServiceNow) the way it would be in Change Tracker.
