What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

APIs for alarm management or other types of integrations

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

There are currently no plans or future plans for the published/consumer-facing “1Secure Alert API” (REST/GraphQL) for extracting alerts/alerts or pushing them to arbitrary third-party platforms.

It would be great if these were made available to end users.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Are you trying to forward alerts from 1Secure to other third-party platforms? If so, could you list the third-party platforms you have in mind?

Would you be able to describe an example use case from beginning to end?

Hi James,

In our specific case, we’d need to integrate it with Elastic, so it would be great to have an API to do so.

Alternatively, we can simply receive a syslog in CEF or JSON format.
