What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Enable full Before and After details from Admin Actions logs to be included when exporting reports to CSV, Excel, and PDF formats.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Currently, when exporting Admin Actions logs from Netwrix Endpoint Protector to CSV, Excel, or PDF formats, the exported reports only include summary information. The detailed Before and After values are only available when manually opening each log entry through the Admin Actions detailed view (eye icon).

This limitation makes it difficult for administrators and auditors to review configuration changes efficiently, especially in environments with a large number of administrative actions. It also impacts audit reporting, compliance documentation, and incident investigations, where full change visibility is required.

Including the Before and After details directly in exported reports would:

Improve audit and compliance reporting
Reduce manual effort when reviewing changes
Improve visibility into administrative modifications
Enable easier sharing of logs with stakeholders and auditors
Improve operational efficiency for administrators

This enhancement would significantly improve usability and reporting capabilities for customers relying on Admin Actions logs for governance and auditing purposes.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Currently, we export the summary Admin Actions report and manually open each relevant log entry to view the detailed Before and After information. We then capture screenshots or manually document the details.

This process is time-consuming, inefficient, and prone to human error, especially when dealing with a large number of log entries.

Thanks for laying this out so clearly. This is a valid ask.

For audit, compliance, and investigation use cases, the Before and After values are often the most important part of an Admin Actions entry. Having those details available only in the individual log view, but not in the exported report, makes larger reviews much harder than they should be.

We agree there is a gap here between what can be inspected in the UI and what can be shared or analyzed through exported reports. We’ve captured your request and will keep it under consideration as we review improvements in admin audit reporting and export usability.

The examples you included around audit reporting and operational effort are especially helpful in framing the need.
