Cloud Audit - Only User Actions

For auditing, allow seeing/reporting only on admin actions

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

This might be an ‘us’ issue, but we have never been able to run audit reports in the Cloud Console; we always need to submit a case, due to volume. For us, auditing for USER ACTIONS, (Administrator actions), is very important. I can see the VALUE in ‘seeing when a device registered’, as an audit, I feel the USER ACTIONS should be broken out.

This also might just be a ‘you guys’ issue; if your auditing worked for us, and actually produced results, I wouldn’t have this idea :slight_smile: I’m fine with ‘filtering everything’, as support provides us.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

We submit a case to produce the logs.

This should be a support case. If we’re not able to get you the filtered list of what you want, we should make it a feature request. Please start by opening a case, and giving us the step by steps you think SHOULD work, or where it falls apart. Reference previous cases. Lets see if we can fix this permanently. Thx !
