health check feature to know if there are issues with NAA operations

Posting on behalf of a partner. They are requesting for a healthcheck feature where jobs’ health can be monitored. For example, if a bulk import job is consuming more resources due to any data/table locks this feature would help identify a potential job failure etc.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
DBAs perform sanity checks on DB server and look for any data locks or high resource consumptions.
