Lanzo esta idea, para ver la posibilidad de crear una política de detección de palabra clave en el asunto y cuerpo del correo a través del webmail de Arsys.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

I can’t solve it at the moment.
I can’t detect when the user sends an email with the keyword through Arsys webmail access.
For users who use outlook, a small number of them, it does detect them, but through the web access, it is not possible.
I have tried DPI, but it only works for gmail, outlook and yahoo.

Could you please confirm what software you use to access your Arsys webmail? This will help us understand your requirement more clearly.
And as a temporary workaround, we recommend accessing your mail through a mail client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.
