Detect keyword content in Arsys webmail

I propose this idea to explore the possibility of creating a keyword detection policy in the subject and body of emails through Arsys webmail.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

I can’t solve it at the moment.
I can’t detect when the user sends an email with the keyword through Arsys webmail access.
For users who use Outlook, a small number of them, it does detect them, but through the web access, it is not possible.
I have tried DPI, but it only works for Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.

Could you please confirm what software you use to access your Arsys webmail? This will help us understand your requirement more clearly.
And as a temporary workaround, we recommend accessing your mail through a mail client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.
