Change the text at "Risk score average" to match the calculation

Update the text for “Risk score average” to accurately reflect the actual calculation, as management often questions the discrepancy in the reported values.

Client’s manager asked why the Risk Score Average (/Dashboard/GlobalRiskScore) is higher (37) than the highest Risk Score per Process (30), and he was given the information below:
“The dashboard average aggregates across all domains by summing individual domain scores and dividing by the number of audited domains:
Formula: Average = SUM(all domain GlobalScores) / number of audited domains”

To replicate:
Go to “Dashboard” => “Maturity Detail” => “2.2 Risk score”

The description for calculating the Risk Score Average is:
“This graph shows your current Risk Score Average
As explained in the top section, this average is actually calculated by taking the maximum of the 4 sub-processes that are shown below
This average is the main KPI that you should focus on lowering as much as possible using all the detailled rules for the sub-processes that can be accessed from this page”

Now, the client is asking this - “Would it not be a good idea to change the text at “Risk score average” to match the calculation? I have to explain this mismatch way to often to management.”

Client frequently explains in detail why there is a mismatch at “Risk score average”.

This is a good idea. This wording is generally unclear.
