What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
User can set the inactive days which updates the Risk Level.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
For example- I have been tasked generate a report of how many machines are inactive for at least a certain amount of days. Lets say 60 days.
I go to the Risk Assessment Overview menu and select, “Inactive Computer Accounts”.
I see the risk score it at 53 %.
We set so that HIGH is 10 - 100%.
In the report, I get a list of those inactive computers, their status (enabled and/or disabled) and the last login date.
On the right side of the screen, we find the filters. The Inactive Days is defaulted to 35.
We want it at 60.
Lets say all but 10% of our computers have not been logged into in 37 days. So if Netwrix is looking at 35 days as the default, it would not give us an accurate reading of our set risk level. We are looking to raise the risk percentage only by machines not logged into from a specific amount of days (60 in this case).
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
In the Risk Assessment menu, under Inactive Computer Accounts and Inactive User accounts, we would like the ability to set the data in, “Filters” and not have it change when we exit the menu.
For example, if we set the, “Inactive Days” to 60, it will stay that way when we exit the menu and then re-enter it, unless we change it again.
Let me know if that needs additional clarification and I will be glad to give you any additional info to my request!
