What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Automatically start Activity sessions according to a pre-defined schedule

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Need a way to start an Activity sessions automatically via a schedule.
For example, from 7AM-7PM everyday, start an Activity session that escalates the privileges of a specific user account. Need this to support interactive Activity sessions and Task Automation. Would be great to apply this to groups of Activities and Resources.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

We have to manually start the Activity session each day.

That would be great for some people that needs an Activity to do their job every day, like helpdesk personel to get their privileges for their shift.

I would add to this request that if the automated activity is not used after 60 minutes or some delay that is configurable then it would be deprovisionned.

Hi Dany,

I agree. This will be a very useful feature. I am adding it to the backlog and we will look to see if we can release it next year, after we get our scheduled maintenance feature in place.
