What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Need service to manage resource in restricted network for NPS Discovery

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Currently, Netwrix Privilege Discovery does not offer an Affinity-like service comparable to what NPSAM provides. Remediant had planned to deploy sensors to manage endpoints in restricted networks that are not within the standard zone.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Currently, the issue can only be addressed by allowing a specific endpoint through the firewall—an approach that isn’t scalable or efficient.

Hi Vikram,

Thank you for the submission. You are correct that our scanner needs to be able to access the endpoint. One alternative we have is leveraging an EDR. So if you use Crowdstrike, Tanium, Carbon Black, or Sential1, then we can access their API and control the local admins that way.

Otherwise, we are looking to deliver NPS-D as a SaaS and will have to create a connector for that. We are looking to launch that next year.
