Provide more flexibility in filtering reports on ‘Date’ fields.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
The options for filtering reports on ‘Date’ fields are severely limited. Specifically when attempting to create scheduled reports, which is most of what we do, it’s somewhat prohibits what we are trying to accomplish.
It’s common to want to look at reports for:
- Previous Week
- Previous Month
- Previous Quarter
- Last ‘X’ Number of Days
The options available today don’t really provide a reliable solution, specifically when wanting to set recurring scheduled reports, and work through e-mailed reports in place of using the Netwrix console.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We can’t really schedule most of our reports. The date options available, in most cases, do not allow us to choose from the specific date ranges we need. We have to manually run each of these reports and use the date range picker.
