Ability to Script the Installation of the Cloud Agent

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Would like the ability to script the download, install, and registration of the cloud agent. This is most important for MSPs operating at scale using a modern RMM.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Requires a technician to manually download, install, and register the agent.

Hello Eric,

Thank you for the suggestion. On the agent side, would an msiexec parameter that lets you pass the connection string be enough to cover your use case?

Yes, correct. If it can be installed silently and have a parameter for a connection string that would be all that’s needed.
