After a great deal of prep we went through a step upgrade to get to the latest version of NTP. I thought it would be helpful to post the time it took for a 4.5tb DB to convert.

7.37 to 7.39 48 hours - DB grew 500GB

7.39 to 7.5 5 hours

7.5 to 8.0 10 minutes.

Very solid work Netwrix! We were worried on the first hop but we are enjoying the NTP 8.0 as of today.

We did this all in one week with dif backups and snaps on App server and Dedicated SQL server. Victory!
