When you upgrade NTM, is it with a support engineer or do you upgrade on your own?

Hi all, I created this poll to see how users upgrade. Our goal is to making upgrading as straight forward as possible to the point where users feel confident doing it on their own.

We’ve received some feedback from customers that they’d feel more confident if there were additional progress indicators.
