In April Netwrix has added Model Context Protocol (MCP) support for Access Analyzer. We’ve now expanded that integration with deeper Active Directory analysis and cross-product use cases when paired with Netwrix Privilege Secure, making it easier to answer complex security questions across your environment, without writing queries or digging through dashboards.
New AD tools
Access Analyzer now supports more advanced Active Directory workflows, including:
-
Effective group memberships and permission assignments audit
-
Identification of security vulnerabilities in certificates and AD configuration
-
Identifying and reporting stale, inactive, or disabled user accounts for cleanup
-
Exceptions and anomalies tracking in Active Directory settings
-
Customized reports on AD objects and permissions
Cross-Product Use Cases with Privilege Secure
With MCP servers now available for both Netwrix Access Analyzer and Privilege Secure, you can correlate data across products, enabling faster investigations and incident response.
Real-world scenarios now possible:
- Link privileged sessions and identities to specific users and related access activity to sensitive data
- Detect accounts with elevated rights that fall outside your Privilege Secure access management policies
This helps security teams quickly understand the who, what, and how behind risky access activity—across identity, privilege, and data layers.
Join the Learning Lab
See these capabilities in action during our upcoming hands-on MCP Learning Lab. You’ll learn how to use AI tools like Claude Desktop to:
- Query Access Analyzer and Privilege Secure using natural language
- Build investigations that span both products using AI workflows
