Introducing…The Netwrix Community!
We’ve opened the doors for our users to engage directly with the Netwrix team and other Netwrix users!
Community Structure
We want to be sure you’re always able to find exactly what you’re looking for. To do this, we’ve organized this space into two buckets: Community and Product.
Community
In the Community > Community Announcements category, you’ll find announcements about the community. Very meta, right? This information is important for everyone to see, regardless of which products they use. We also have Community > Community Feedback to receive input about the community.
Products
Let’s be honest you’re here to talk about the products, right? The products each have their own sub-categories to make it easy for you to subscribe to the products that matter to you. You’ll see the following structure for all product subcategories:
- Announcements
- Here, you can receive product news, bug fix notes, maintenance notices, etc. What’s great about moving these notifications into the community is that you can receive notifications about that product and you can leave feedback about those announcements.
Here is how to subscribe to category-level notifications:
(The bell icon will update to this:Subscribe)
- Discussions & Questions
- Docs are great, but there is no way to account for the variables that are unique to your instance. This category is intended to brainstorm with other experts and help uncover solutions for the product-related problems you are facing.
- Show & Tell
- Have you created a script or tool that helps save you time? Share it here! We’ve all found help on the internet before—this is your chance to share your expertise with Netwrix! Maybe you did something really clever with the products? Document it and share it here!
- Feedback
- Do you have thoughts about a product feature? This is your direct line to our product teams and they’ll be here, listening closely. Post it here to see if others share the sentiment and build your collective case!
Feedback, good or bad, is welcome so long as it is constructive and respectful.
So, what comes next?
