Hello everyone,
I couldn’t find an Usercube connector for Remedy (BMC Software), and it doesn’t seem to have SCIM documentation.
Has anyone implemented Usercube with Remedy? If so, I’d love to hear your insights!
Hello everyone,

First question
What kind of integration are you looking for with Remedy?
Provisioning accounts&entitlements? Using Remedy for manual provisioning? Launching Usercube Workflows from Remedy (API calls)…
Based on our recommendations
Once the integration you are looking for is clear… you will have to evaluate the technical alternatives.
SCIM would be to provision accounts and entitlements inside Remedy from Usercube.
Thank you for your response Thierry! I appreciate the Slide. I initially thought Remedy didn’t support SCIM—I don’t remember where I read that. Since SCIM is available, we can definitely use it for provisioning accounts and entitlements, which was indeed the goal.
The slide came from the (what I called great) presentation shared with everyone about “how to deploy an IGA”, this is the final slide.
If you look for provisioning account and entitlements to Remedy, SCIM is a good alternative. Beware, depending on Remedy implementation, SCIM RFC (even the v2) could not be sufficient. We have the same case with Salesforce intergration, based on SCIM, but for which Salesforce need additional API implementation to work completely. And depending on PATCH or PUT grammar used by Remedy…
Need to be studied deeper for this information.
Do not engage yourself saying “SCIM integration: 2 hours effort!”, it can be right … but it can also be wrong.
