What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
Add an inbound SCIM interface to Netwrix Directory Manager to support standards-based provisioning and synchronization from external identity lifecycle management systems.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Netwrix Directory Manager serves as a powerful hub for managing identities across various connected directories and systems, but currently lacks a standard, interoperable method for accepting identity data from external platforms. By implementing an inbound SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) interface, organizations could connect their existing identity lifecycle management tools to provision, update, or deprovision identities through Directory Manager. This SCIM support would allow Directory Manager to act as a centralized provisioning gateway, extending its reach to downstream systems it already integrates with. It also enables standardized account data retrieval, enhancing visibility and synchronization without relying on brittle custom connectors or scripts.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We are using a custom script in synchronize to grab information from our ILM system, but we would rather have do this via scim.
