could you please assist here, i am trying to search for ntp event on change tracker 8.2.0 for the period of between october last year and december 2025, we have a rentention of 365 days, but the search keeps on loading an yield no result and end up failing, i even tried to search for the past 3 months of 2026 it is still failing,
tried to add these 2 values
. MaxEventQueryTimeMs = 2400000
MaxEventCountTimeMs = 2400000
but issue persist, iis was restarted after adding these 2 values.
Thanks for the details. This one needs a closer look at your environment (Hub logs, MongoDB performance and collection sizes), so please open a case with Netwrix Support and reference this thread. When you open it, attach the Hub logs covering a failed search along with your MongoDB server specs.
One thing to note in the meantime: MaxEventQueryTimeMs and MaxEventCountTimeMs are read from the Hub’s configuration settings, not from IIS or web.config files, so adding them there won’t have any effect. We’d recommend reverting them until Support has reviewed the case.
Also, with a 365-day retention, events from early October 2025 are about to age out, so mention that in the case if you need that data.
