Time Bomb Policies
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
As an engineer that works with a lot of time sensitive IP, I need to apply CAP for specific lengths of time so that when a product goes live it stops triggering DLP policies automatically.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We manually start and stop policies; time dealys can add noise to incident response processes.

Thanks for raising this. Time-bound CAP policies are a reasonable ask, especially in environments where sensitivity changes after a release or project milestone.
We have looked at this area before, but supporting it properly would require broader policy-structure and scheduling changes rather than a small isolated enhancement. Because of that, it sits in a more complex bucket for us and is currently under review for the mid- to longer-term roadmap rather than the near term.
The point about reducing manual policy toggling and avoiding unnecessary incident noise is well taken, and we’ve captured that as part of the request.
