The ability to modify logged in user card from portals

What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

I would like to be able to modify/edit logged in user card from portals.

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

We currently using separate portals for Password Center and Self-Service. We are allowing only admin accounts to access and use Password Center portal. Also, we are allowing only regular user accounts to access and use Self-Service portal. Therefore, I would like to be able to hide “My Applications, Enroll your account, Change password, and Switch Account” from the logged in user card ,and only keep “See full profile, and sign Out” Please see attachment

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

I was able to block access to Password Center and Automation portals for regular user accounts, but I am unable to block access to the enrollment page.

Upload any supporting images that you think should be considered in this idea.

Greetings,

We need this ASAP to start installing and configuring GroupID 11 in our Production environment. This is the only thing stopping us from utilizing GroupID 11. Or at least have the ability to block SSP logged in users from enrolling their accounts into PW center.

Thanks!

We appreciate the feedback. This enhancement is planned for a future release (ETA undetermined but likely in the 2026 calendar year. It will be incorporated into the role-based UI design elements for portals and policy configurations such that administrators can control the menu items to be available based on the role definitions as you would do for toolbars, navigation bars, tabs, and fields.
