To support more file types when writing classification tags into the metadata
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
At present NDC only supports 4 file types, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files for tagging, sensitive data can be present in many other formats also like a scanned images or even CAD drawings. By supporting more file types for tagging provides a wider scope for integration for DLP.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We don’t at present support other file formats.
