Strongpoint is ready for NetSuite Next — and we’ve got a name update too

Big news on two fronts today. Let’s get into it.
We’re ready for NetSuite Next
NetSuite is rolling out NetSuite Next as part of the 2026.2 release, and we didn’t want you to hit a single snag when it lands in your environment. Our team has already made the adjustments needed so Strongpoint works smoothly alongside it — no scrambling, no workarounds, no “wait, why is this broken” moments.

Enhancements in 7.9
User Story 356305: Manual Spider tool refreshed with added support for Netsuite Next.
User Story 444348: The Netwrix Platform Governance portlet logo has been renamed to Netwrix Strongpoint.
You can manually update your sandbox environments now to the latest 7.9 version if you’d like to get ahead of it. For everyone else, we’ll be pushing the update to production environments during off-hours on August 7th.
We’ll follow up with more detail as NetSuite’s rollout progresses, but the short version is: we’ve got you covered.
And… we’re bringing back the Strongpoint name
Some of you may remember that a while back we renamed the product to Platform Governance. Here’s the thing — you never really renamed it. Every ticket, every Community message, every “hey does Strongpoint do X” question kept right on calling it Strongpoint. 
So with this release, we figured there’s no better time than now to just… make it official again. Strongpoint is back to being Strongpoint.
Consider this less of a rebrand and more of us finally catching up to what you’d already decided. We heard you — loud and clear — and we appreciate the loyalty to the name (and the patience while we figured that out).
