Ensuring Consistency in “Session Status” Display on Main Dashboard and Reports
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
It has been observed that if an activity session is in “Available” or “Logged-In” state on main Dashboard, it appears as “Active” in Reports (Audit & Reporting → Reporting). This needs to be consistent on both modules of the application.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
It hinders the ability to understand from a report if a session is already in progress or if it is only available to be consumed by a user.
