Regarding combo with Microsoft BC365

Hello,

Use case:

Organization is using BC365 as their HR system. HR ads new employee, sys admin creates ad user manually. employee leaves company - admin disables AD user manually.

Question:

Is it possible to achieve automation using DIRECTORY MANAGER?
To what level? AD user > groups > ms license > email?

What’s the best way for such integration?

Yes, this is possible with Directory Manager (previously known as GroupID). Provisioning from an HR system and allowing for data transformation is a key capability. In addition, assign 365 licenses and assign permissions, add to groups, and more.
