Password information

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

PPE console must have way to check the following values:

  1. Last Password Changed
  2. Password Expiration date
    They are needed for technical support or the call center to help some users, the password expiration date is important for troubleshooting, and the value shown in AD is not accurate because PPE has its own value, which is different and not visible

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

Theres is no way.

Hi @esolizg. Thanks for your suggestion. The password age is currently visible in the Test Policy window. You will need to expand the “View log” section to see it. This will also show you if the user is in the extended maximum age group.

Even though it’s not in the PPE console , you can get the password last set time from AD (pwdLastSet) as this is set by Windows.

I agree that it would be nice to have all this in one place in PPE. Your request will be considered for a future version.
