Today I had the same freeze with new version 9.3.1.33994
Happened right after login to the fat client. Chrome and Firefox extensions had been logged in before.
Only possible to kill via task manager….
using client 9.3.0.33526 and the client here freezes for most members of my team after the client computer went into hibernate mode. some few people do not have the behavior.
when it freezes only taskmanager can kill the application - it just hangs.

Freezes here on my site too. Still using 9.2.2 and I thought the freezes are related to your virtual desktop envrionment. But that seems not the reason.
the PSR client became more and more problematic over the last weeks. it was even that it hung just after starting it. needed to kill the process several times per day.
the admin upgraded server and client now to 9.3.1.33994 and it looks much more stable now. Need to see how it acts over the next few days and with computers going in hibernate etc.
2 freezes already in v26.3.100.34058. Still not fixed 
Same here, had to change several passwords today and after a max of 2 the client froze. Sometimes with the right-click menu still open and frozen. The client doesn’t recover on its own either — you have to kill the task. After the 8th-9th time I switched to the web client. My event log is full of messages:
