It would be helpful and convenient if the Password Scanner had an option to only scan active accounts or select OUs in AD.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Password Scanner currently scans every account in Active Directory. This currently returns for us hundreds of results (in some random, non-alphabetical order BTW) comprising mostly of disabled user accounts or service accounts. It has to be manually looked through to determine if any enabled user accounts are listed.
It would be helpful and convenient if there was an option to only scan active accounts and/or scan only specific OUs and/or have the generated email list whether the account is active or not.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
By having to make a list of the email and run a comparison against a list of active to users and see if any results are returned.
