The reports that are available are documented here: Reporting
You can subscribe to any of the reports, create custom criteria and scheduling.
NPS will send you a PDF report via Email.

I recommend looking into the Audit & Reporting tab (Audit & Reporting Interface), specifically the Reporting (Reporting) section.
In Reporting, you can subscribe to reports, view the reports that are included with NPS, and view your own reports.

Spent some time reading documentation and clicking around my NPS test environment, but i still have no clue how to filter out / create reports:
NPS users list. is there a way to have a scheduled email report? We want to know weekly if there’s any changes in users
Scheduled email report of all failed sessions / connections. is this even possible?

There isn’t a “new user list” report.
You can create a new Report using the “Activity Sessions” source and then use a timeframe to get the sessions that happened during that period.
Then you can schedule the delivery of that report by subscribing to it in the “Subscriptions” tab.
If the schedule you want doesn’t exist, you will need to create a new schedule (unfortunately in a different area) and then select that from the list.
