We would like to use less privileges service accounts to scan and manage account/passwords/permissions in Oracle Databases.

We would like to use less privileges service accounts to scan and manage account/passwords/permissions in Oracle Databases.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
For now we are forced to use account with SYSDBA rights which in most cases is too powerful.
