A new feature to instead of omitting, managing service accounts
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
As a separate module in the tool, maybe we can add our service accounts to this place and we can write descriptions of their usage, maybe owners of them, furthermore approval function that information security or IT manager approves the usage of them after reviewing the justification. This would be very helpful because it is a requirement of most of the standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001 and so on.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
We manually handle them in excel.
