Issues with Authentication When Installing MCP AI for Netwrix Privilege Secure

Hi everyone, again!

I have successfully installed and configured the MCP AI for Netwrix Access Analyzer and Netwrix Auditor. Now I’m in the process of installing the AI for Netwrix Privilege Secure.

When installing, I tried both ways: manually and automatically via the .dxt file. However, in both cases, the cloud shows the same problem: it cannot connect due to authentication failures. It seems like the integration went through, but the authentication failed.

I found it strange because the user account used is the same one I use to access the tool’s web portal.

Could you please help me with this?

Glad to hear you’re interested in using Privilege Secure’s MCP server!

How is the MFA configured for the NPS user you’re using for authentication? If you haven’t already, can you please try Internal MFA?

Hello Dan!

Unfortunately, it didn’t work. The MFA was configured as not required. We tried setting it to Internal MFA, but we received the same message. We also attempted to reset the MFA, but the issue persists.
