What version are you using? (OS, client, server, etc.)
=> OS: Windows 10, Windows 11, Server: 5.9.4.3
For the scenario you’re describing, what settings/configuration do you currently have in place?
=> Using EasyLock secure USB
=> USB file system is formatted as NTFS
=> Environment where EasyLock is redeployed after formatting the USB
=> The customer is using DPI functionality, making it difficult to replace macOS certificates, and therefore upgrading to a higher version is currently not feasible
What error messages or unexpected behavior are you seeing?
=> “license expired” message appears when redeploying EasyLock after formatting the USB
=> The issue occurs repeatedly even though the license is valid and active
What have you tried so far?
=> Repeated testing by formatting the USB and redeploying EasyLock → issue persists
=> Confirmed that the issue is consistently reproducible in the same environment
=> Upgrading to version 2602 may resolve the issue; however, due to DPI usage, macOS certificate replacement is difficult, so the upgrade cannot be performed at this time
This issue has been occurring repeatedly for some time.
Could you please advise if there is any way to resolve this issue in version 5.9.4.3?
