Increased number of eDiscovery Policies

Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

The maximum number of policies that can be created on EPP is limited to five. However, our environment requires at least 25 policies, as we support Mac, Windows, and Linux laptop users, in addition to Windows and Linux servers. These servers perform specific functions for departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Management. Separate eDiscovery policies must be created for each server type to meet these requirements.

How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?

We are not able to solve this issue. We have to rely on NGFW and other tools.

While we can’t confirm an exact delivery date just yet, it is currently expected to be available in 2026.
