Just wondering how often the HIBP incremental update is supposed to be updated? I’m setting this up and the initial download file is version v1.0.0 and the incremental one is labelled as 20240620 which seems old.

@PurpleWarning, I’ve gotten an update. The current version of the file is 20250114. Is it possible you could provide a screenshot of the HIBP updater so we can see the status? There should be no confidential information in that dialog, but if you are uncomfortable sharing in a public forum, you can DM me.
As far as the v1.0.0 file version for the full file. Every time we update the incremental file we also update the full update (v1.0.0 file). We don’t change the file name with every update due to internal and product reasons.
Question - have you upgraded from version 10 to version 11?
We did awhile ago, yeah. Currently on v11.0.2.14
I’ve just noticed that my scheduled job for updating the incremental has been failing ever since. Because it moved from Program Files (X84) to just Program Files. I’ve just updated the job path location to remove " (X84)" and it’s currently going through the update process now.
Let us know what you find. Are you saying that you upgraded and the path changed? If so, I’ll file a bug with the team internally to look at our upgrade scripts from 10 to 11.
Just performed the HIBP updater to update with the incremental and for me it now says version 20250114.
What I found is that on my version of v10, it was installed in the X84 directory of Program Files. v11 installed into the X64 (Program Files) folder.

@PurpleWarning , is yours still show the old version?
I looked at the Task Scheduler and noticed the same issue as the person above where it was failing to run due to looking for the exe in the x86 install folder.
Adjusted that and manually ran the task which worked. However, when using the GUI app, it still shows the current hash database info as version 20240620 and the incremental URL going to an old version as per my original screenshot.
@PurpleWarning, Is it possible you could open a case with support? We think there is another issue to the downloader. We confirmed that our servers have the updated files, but it appears you aren’t able reach it from your machine. We are happy to diagnose with you through a support case so we can check some additional environmental factors that could be causing issue.
