I saw the same lack of support for Google workspace as you and went ahead and created a custom action for elevating an account to a Google workspace role. This way we can get JIT elevation as we do for Entra and other resources. Check out my guide here on how I got this setup. We currently use this exact process (with some additional custom roles) and it works well!
